The members of Zion, who were sanctified by keeping the Day of Atonement, five days later met the Feast of Tabernacles, the last feast among the seven kinds of feasts of the three times. The Feast of Tabernacles was originated in the Israeli history: The Israelites brought to God freewill offerings for the work on the tabernacle after Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the Ten Commandments a second time. This represents gathering God's children who are represented as the materials of the heavenly temple.

This year, the Feast of Tabernacles (July 15 by sacred year) fell on October 11, a Sabbath day. And the last day of the Feast was also a Sabbath on October 18. God promised He would pour the Holy Spirit of the latter rain on His people on the last day of the Feast (the eighth day after seven day's preaching).
On October 11, the beginning day of the Feast of Tabernacles, Mother prayed Father to pour down the Holy Spirit more powerfully than any other years and prayed that this age's gospel work, not being able to be done by men's might or power, would be completed by the Spirit. Giving thanks to God who blesses His children through the feast, Mother told the members to pray earnestly all the more during the feast and seek for many gospel workers by the Spirit.
While the members of the Church of God preached diligently during the Feast of Tabernacles, they studied the words of life at early morning and evening services and earnestly asked God to pour down the Holy Spirit of the latter rain on them; they asked Him various kinds of gifts of the Holy Spirit written in the Bible and other things they needed in their spiritual and physical life as well.
On the last day of the Feast, joint services were held in the New Jerusalem Temple in the morning and afternoon. At the morning service worship, Mother thanked Father for renewing His heavenly children through the Feast, and prayed the Holy Spirit Movement would arise more fervently than at the Pentecost as the evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit. And the General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol testified that the Holy Spirit and the Bride is the source of the water of life, through the sermon " The Feast of Tabernacles and the Water of Life."
At the afternoon worship the last service of the Feast, Mother Herself gave the words of living water. Mother, who knew that the members asked the gift of love most, emphasized love under the theme of "New Life and Love." The point of Her words was that we are given the bread of life and entrusted with the mission of delivering this bread to the world and so we, the vessels containing the bread, are to be holy for the bread is holy. Mother reminded us of how humble Father was: Almighty God the Father came into the earth as a man and saved many souls by humbling Himself without setting up His glory. Mother said if we are full of love, we can deliver God's love through humble and gentle words and deeds with consideration for others at home and church and society.
Being told to be changed into beautiful jewels of the heavenly Jerusalem Temple by practicing love, the members gave thanks to God for pouring the boundless blessing of the Holy Spirit. While the members were inscribing Mother's word on their hearts, 2003 the last Feast of autumn came to an end.
