On March 27, the next day of the first Sabbath after the Feast of Unleavened Bread, held the Assembly of Resurrection Day, commemorating Jesus' arising from death in three days after the Crucifixion. The Resurrection Day is the fulfillment of the Day of Firstfruits which was kept in the Old Testament times with wavering the sheaf of the first grain; Jesus was raised from the dead as the firstfruits of those who had fallen asleep. And it symbolizes that God's people will resurrect to eternal life.

This day was full of the vital power of spring. All the members of the Church of God over the world commemorated the sacrifice of Christ, feeling the power of the spiritual new life, and participated in breaking bread of the Resurrection Day, through which our spiritual eyes are opened.

During the worship service, Mother gave thanks to Father for being our living hope of resurrection by dying instead of sinners and being raised in three days. Mother also prayed, "Please let the children get enlightenment more to repay for the great love of Christ as they have been allowed to go to beautiful heaven with the living hope of rsurrection."

The Chief Pastor Joo Cheol Kim preached, "The two disciples who were going to Emmaus did not recognize Jesus who had resurrected, but rather treated Him as an ordinary man. It was after having the thanks-given bread that their spiritual eyes were opened and recognized Jesus. Like this, we, too, must open our spiritual eyes by participating in the bread of Resurrection so that we can recognize the Elohim Gods who stay with us all the time.

After the worship, all the members broke the bread, giving thanks to God for opening their spiritual eyes and allowing them to recognize the Savior in the age of the Holy Spirit. Across the faces of the participants bright smiles bloomed.

On the Passover, Christ promised the forgiveness of sins through the Holy Supper held in the upper room of Mark according to the prophecy of the Bible. On the Feast of Unleavened Bread, Christ endured sufferings silently on the cross to confirm the will of the Passover. On the Resurrection Day, He allowed us the living hope for resurrection by being raised from death. All these feasts, kept by Jesus' disciples and the apostles, are hidden to those who don't know the Bible. However, these are surely the precious feasts of the new covenant which the saints of God must keep, living the life of faith according to the teachings of the Bible.

We hope all the people of Zion will preach the feasts of life to the nations languishing in the spiritual famine of hearing the words of life, that the whole world will be filled with the glory of God soon
