First, I give thanks to Father and Mother who always take care of our souls and give the water of life to the thirsty souls with endless love.

As God’s grace and blessing are always waiting for us in the place where He orders us to go, the chosen children are returning very quickly to Lahore Zion in Pakistan, where seemed like the barren of the gospel, with over 95% of Muslims.

One day, a brother who had not been long in Zion told me that he knew someone who eagerly wanted to study the Bible. Today, I am going to tell you a gracious story about him, Brother Bernard, who wanted to study the Bible eagerly.

At that time Bernard was not going to church as disappointed at the corruption of Catholics and Protestant churches. But, he was studying the Bible by himself, praying God to find a true church, for he had a firm belief in the existence of God and the Bible. He, who heard the new covenant, said that he had never heard these amazing words of God, and he was born again as a son of God in Zion.

He continually asked what he had been wondering about. As his questions were all solved, he came to Zion everyday to study the words of God in the delight of having found the true church.

Not only did he study the Bible in Zion, but he also preached the words of gospel to his family as soon as he went back home. At first, they seemed to assent to him, saying that it was amazing, but they would not come to Zion easily.

However, Bernard did not get discouraged, but came to Zion and studied the Bible continually. The more he studied the Bible, the more he was convinced. He was full of willingness to preach the words of truth to the world.

I realized that he was a real brother whom Father and Mother had prepared before the creation, watching him trying to believe and follow every word of God in the Bible. It was very impressive for me to see him sow the seeds of gospel with great passion and earnest prayers, not minding the hot weather over 40 °C under the burning Sun.

Heavenly Father and Mother must have been impressed by him. God of love began to bless him and gathered his family to Zion.

One day, an amazing thing happened to him after worship. His elder brother’s wife and son came to Zion to worship, being led by a sister in Zion. All the brothers and sisters were so happy as well as Bernard. How eagerly he wanted to lead them to Zion! Not long after that, his elder brother was, too, led to Zion and his elder sister and her husband returned to God as well. 9 family members came into God’s loving arms.

Brother Bernard realized the love of Father and Mother and all the prophecies of the Bible within one month after his baptism. Now, he is taking the lead in gospel preaching, following the will of Father and Mother. He wants to experience the way of sacrifice of Father and Mother. He has also led his friends to Zion by preaching them the new gospel in the meetings with friends.

Now he shows zeal for studying Korean language that Mother uses, after watching the video films, ‘Like clouds, Like doves.’ He is also studying the words of God with all his heart to feed the heavenly family on the food of life.

Watching Brother Bernard, I feel that there are surely children whom Father and Mother had prepared before the creation, and that Father and Mother are leading us to them. Our God let us find a vein of gold in this wasteland full of dried soil and rough stones.
Including Brother Bernard, a lot of brothers and sisters are coming to Lahore Zion. As God said that love is the greatest, I believe that whether we are in the barren soil or fertile soil, the lost 144,000 brothers and sisters will return soon when we go to them with the truth and love of God.

We all children of Zion in Lahore give boundless thanks and glory to holy Father and Mother for leading us sinners, who are to die, to the eternal kingdom of heaven.
