"This place is too small for us; give us more space to live in."

The hope of the Church of God members has come true. God's children have been praying to God to give a bigger place so that more members can share God's grace together, being united. God heard His children's prayer and allowed a bigger spiritual nest. It is the Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute, which was rebuilt for the members' unity in this age of the world mission.


The Mission of 'Go&Come'

On November 2, the glaring sunshine of autumn was dying the autumn foliage. Korean members and the overseas members who were visiting Korea gathered in Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute delightfully. 'Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute' is a new name of 'Okcheon Training Institute,' in which various events for the gospel had been held. As they entered the building which was changed to a modern style, they all exclaimed, "Amazing! Thank You, God!" The members gave all their thanks and glory to God, celebrating the Opening Ceremony of Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute which was given a new name for this age of the world mission.

At 11:30 a.m., the opening ceremony was held in front of the main building of the Institute. Guests and the pastoral couples attended the event. Pastor Lee Won-soon from the Department of Public Affairs in the Head Office said, "There have been many difficulties in building this, but a beautiful institute with up-to-date facilities and equipments has been completed with the help of God. Okcheon is the granary of Korea with the water resources of the Geum river. It is a beautiful place that looks like a hen embracing her eggs. Even from the geographical position of the Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute, the members could perceive that many children would come to Jerusalem as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings."

The Chief Pastor Kim Joo-cheol presented the future image of the Institute, saying, "Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute has been renewed from an old look. It will be a holy place for saving souls that are more precious than gold and silver, and for preaching the gospel to the whole world." He also explained the spiritual meaning of the Institute's new name, saying, "'Go&Come' means that we should GO to the whole world in obedience to the will of Christ who told us to preach the gospel of the new covenant to all nations, and that we should lead every nation to Jerusalem by letting them hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and the Bride, 'COME to receive the water of life.'"

Plaques of Appreciation were given to those who have labored to complete the Institute. And a monument which was covered with white cloth was revealed with the members' applause. What was written in the monument was 'Teachings of Mother,' the spiritual compass which leads God's children to the righteous way in this dark world without truth and makes them born again to have God's beautiful nature. The members engraved every word of Mother's teachings in their hearts and pledged themselves to be reborn as heavenly children. Lastly there was tape-cutting ceremony. After the tape-cutting, a salute was fired and yellow balloons filled with hope for heaven and resolutions of the members soared up to the blue sky.


Various Performances

There was a service at 1p.m. with around 15,000 members who filled the seats on the first and the second floors. They felt happy that the heavenly family could gather in one place without any worry even in bad weathers. Mother had always worried about Her children whenever they had an event in a rainy, snowy or windy day. Now, Mother smiled brightly, saying, "Now we don't need to worry any more even if it rains or snows."

During the service, Mother gave thanks to God for allowing His children to have a big and beautiful nest. Mother also prayed earnestly, "Father, You sacrificed from the beginning of the gospel work in a small and humble place, going through the arduous sufferings. Please let Your children understand that and repay for Your grace by good deeds worthy of Your will." Mother also prayed that the Institute would be the main place for the Holy Spirit Movement to save the mankind's life, and that the children would be the gospel worker doing the Holy Spirit Movement in the world by gaining the spiritual strength here.

The Chief Pastor Kim Joo-cheol, who explained the meaning of 'Go&Come,' said, "Christ has been sacrificed, shedding blood and sweat until we come here in this place. If we have realized His love, we should be the couriers who preach the new covenant throughout the world in obedience to His will. Let us lead all nations in 5 oceans and 6 continents, who do not know the place of salvation, to Jerusalem where is eternal life."

Many performances were played on the stage. Marching band and congratulatory delegation including 50 overseas members filled the stage; and there was a presentation of a plaque of thanks with the members' resolution to repay for heavenly Father's sacrifice for the children. Various events were held continuously; each of six continent congratulatory delegation read up the resolutions that the Church members would go to Samaria and to the ends of the earth, following God's will and preach the gospel of the new covenant, and there was a performance showing the resolution to preach the truth quickly to 191 countries.

The main hall was filled with the beautiful new songs by choirs of 200 pastors, of overseas members and of a cappella of men members. All the attendants were moved by their songs. Traditional Korean dance by the children and Fan dance by the women members also attracted the members' attention. They also saw a video about Father's great sacrifice and Mother's earnest prayer to fulfill the prophecy, "The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation." They were moved to tears by the boundless love of God.


Spread the Love of God

When all the performances finished, Mother said, "As fathers give new clothes to their children who have become bigger, so our Father allowed us a big and beautiful place. All children should give thanks and glory to Father all the time, who preached the new covenant to give good things to His children regarding the sufferings as pleasure." Mother also blessed the children, "Do not treat prophecies with contempt, but be the prophets to save the mankind moaning in disasters and bear many good fruits by serving brothers and sisters, following the example of Father."

All the members were determined to be better sons and daughters, thinking of Mother who prays for them with tears all the year round. What most pleases parents is to understand their minds. God is most pleased with one lost sheep than with ninety-nine sheep in heaven. If we know that, we should find the lost one and bring him to God, putting the 'prophecy of Go&Come' into practice.

As the Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute was adapted, so we should change to God's nature to fulfill the prophecy in the Bible. We should 'Go' to all nations boldly and lead the lost brothers and sisters to 'Come' to the Holy Spirit and the Bride.
